- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 cups of baldo rice
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 1 capia pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup of fresh black-eyed peas
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2,5 cups of boiling water
- 1 pack of Bizim Mutfak Bone Broth Bouillon
Wash the rice with plenty of water and drain to remove the excess starch of the rice.
Add butter and oil to the rice cooker and heat.
Add the carrots, peppers and kidney beans and saute.
Add the strained rice and fry until the rice becomes transparent.
Add salt, pepper, turmeric and peas
Add boiling water and Bizim Mutfak Bone Broth Bouillon and then mix.
Boil it on high heat first until it boils
Then let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Put a clean cloth or towel on the rice, close the lid and leave your rice to brew.
After your rice is brewed, add fresh coriander and lemon slice if you wish, and serve.
