Easy to Prepare!

Take the spice mixture from the package and put it aside to use later. Pour the legume mixture into the pan. Add 1 liter (5 cups) of hot water. Simmer it in a covered pan at medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. To season the soup, whisk 1 cup (200 g) of yoghurt, 1 table spoon (13 g) of flour and 1 egg in a bowl. Take one ladle from the simmering soup, add it to the yoghurt mix and whisk. Slowly add this seasoning to the saucepan. You can also add the spice mixture to your soup at this stage. Since this product does not contain any salt, you can add as much salt as you want to your soup while cooking. Simmer for five more minutes, stirring occasionally, after adding the seasoning, spices and salt. Serve hot.

TO SERVE CHILLED:

Take the spice mixture from the package and put it aside to use later. Pour the legume mixture into the pan. Add 1 liter (5 cups) of hot water. Simmer it in a covered pan at medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the cooked legume mixture and leave to cool. Whisk 2 cups (400 g) of yoghurt and 2 cups (400 ml) of cool water in a deep bowl. Add the chilled legume mixture and mix it in. Since this product does not contain any salt, you can add as much salt as you want to your soup. Optionally, you can add the spice mixture directly to the chilled soup, or alternatively, gently toss the spice mixture in a frying pan with three tablespoons of oil and drizzle over the soup. Serve chilled.
