Red Lentils

Mung Beans

PREPARATION

Consisting of 100% legumes and grains, Bizim Mutfak Legume Soups are the most practical way to achieve the flavor of homemade soup!

Easy to Prepare!

Take the spice mixture from the package and put it aside to use later. Pour the legume mixture into the pan. Add 1 liter (5 cups) of hot water. Simmer it in a covered pan at medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauté a tablespoon of tomato sauce with three tablespoons of oil in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes. Add the sautéed sauce to the simmering soup. You can also add the spice mixture to your soup at this stage. Since this product does not contain any salt, you can add as much salt as you want to your soup while cooking. Simmer the soup for five more minutes after adding the tomato sauce, spices and salt. Serve hot.
